Building Cleaning for Waveney District Council

We provide a frequency based cleaning service to all of Waveney District Councils civil buildings and public toilets. We are also responsible for responsive and cyclical building maintenance to the properties.
Our operatives use environmentally friendly products where possible to carry out cleaning to a high standard. We provide a 24 hour 7 day week call out service for emergencies.

Our services include:-

• External and internal building repairs
• External and internal painting and decorating
• General maintenance
• Cleaning services

What do we do?-

• We clean 22 public toilets in the Waveney area
• We clean 21 Civic buildings, including satellite offices, sheltered housing and works depots
• We carry out specialist cleaning, including listed buildings, house and flat cleaning and window cleaning
• We currently clean two Fire Stations within the Waveney area

About us-

• The majority of our staff are NVQ trained
• Staff are supervised by BTEC trained Managers
• All staff are trained in the use of relevant cleaning equipment
• We employ over 30 members of staff to ensure offices and public conveniences are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
