In truth flying insects pose a higher risk to health than that of cockroaches or rodents. They live and breed in rotting vegetation and excrement which is then transferred to food preparation areas and the food itself. They carry and transmit a host of disease causing organisms, which through their saliva, excreta and via the hairs on their bodies contaminate our food.

In compliance with Food Safety Regulations, any premises where food is prepared, stored or served is required to have all opening windows and doors screened to stop the contamination of food from flying insects. This along with the use of electric fly killers and good hygiene practices will keep your food premises free from flying insects.
