About Us

Our highly motivated cleaning staff are committed to completing their work with the highest level of care and attention to detail.  New recurits are checked for security purposes and undergo full induction training before being deployed on our contracts.  On-going training ensures staff are kept up to date with health and safety issues and industry requirements.  Our policies and procedures reinforce health and safety standards and ensure compliance with any special requirements that are relevant to our clients' contracts.

The members of the building maintenance team are professionally qualified in many areas of builidng maintenance and experienced in the use of modern maintenance equipment and Asbestos at Work regulations.

We can cover regular, periodic or one off jobs to suit your requirements. We can also provide 24-hour emergency response service for our large facilities services contracts.

Our Clients

We currently provide Building Maintenance services to a range of clients including Suffolk Fire and Recue Service and Suffolk Coastal District Council.  Our larger clients have access to our web based helpdesk, which provides them with real-time tracking of the progress of our repairs and maintenance and allows them to monitor that we are carrying out cyclical maintenance activities according to the timescale they expect.  Our operatives use hand held PDA's that can update our website remotely, so our clients know as soon as a job is completed.

A Responsible Service

Risk assessments are undertaken at client facilities prior to contract commencement.  Our resulting work plans are regularly reviewed and our on-going supervision ensures that procedures continue to be adhered to throughout the term of the contract. 

Where possible we use environmentally friendly products, to minimise the negative impact of our work on the environment.
