We offer our customers a tailor made service, to suit the specific needs of their business. This means that we offer our services at the frequency you require and to the standard that you expect. We are usually able to offer a price over the telephone but if your needs are complex, or if you would prefer it, then we can arrange for someone to make a site visit to your premises to talk you through the services we provide and the costs that would apply. How can SCS and Waveney Norse work in Partnership with us?
SCS and Waveney Norse can work with you to provide an effective service suited to the needs of your business, whether it be waste collection, facilities management, building maintenance, grounds maintenance or a mixture of these services. We listen to your needs and ensure your business receives a package that is both effecient and effective. If you require reporting information from us, or advice and guidance (for instance how to recycle more of your waste), as well as an operational service, then this can also be provided.
I thought you were the Council – if not who are you?
Suffolk Coastal Services Ltd work in partnership with Suffolk Coastal District Council whilst Waveney Norse works with Waveney District Council. This means that we are locally based, with the resources to provide services across their district, including providing refuse and recycling collections to over 100,000 homes and over 2000 businesses each week.
We are subsidiaries of Norse Commercial Services, part of the Norse Group, one of the UK's foremost facilities management, contract services and strategic partnership providers. With an annual turnover of over £100 million and a payroll of around 6,000 full and part-time staff, Norse is able to provide us with "economies of scale" in the provision of our support services. This saving is represented in the prices that we charge our customers.

We will provide you with a local customer service centre to deal with your enquiries. With a locally based operating depot we can provide you with a regular and reliable service.

If you are interested in making your business more "environmentally friendly" then we have a great deal of expertise in this field and can talk to you about recycling options or about how to design your outdoor spaces to be more wildlife friendly, for instance with the planting of native trees and shrubs.
