We have a dedicated, locally based, team of office staff who are available to answer your questions about our full range of services. We aim to treat our customers with courtesy, fairness, honesty and respect.

Our offices are open 8:45am till 5:15pm (Mon to Thurs) and 8:45am till 4:45pm Friday.

We can help with;

• Advice on our recycling and waste collection services
• Booking of pest control treatments and skip services
• Setting up new services, like waste collection, to your premises
• Controlled waste transfer notes and Duty of Care administration
• Paying of bills over the telephone
• Questions about our services
• Contracts for regular services
• Site visits for our experienced service managers to visit your premises to advise you on waste collection, grounds maintenance, pest control or facilities management services
• Trade waste & recycling services
