Make a Complaint

Whilst strive to deliver a service that meets and exceeds our customers expectations we are aware that there may be occassions where you feel the need to make a complaint. Complaints offer us the opportunity to improve our service and meet our customers requirements. All complaints are taken seriously and each one is logged, investigated and reported back to Senior Managment Team.

We will keep you informed of the progress of the investigation and the eventual outcome and trust that you are satisfied with the way we have addressed any issues and actions required.
